Anuj Jain is CEO of Orchestra Technology. He is a veteran to the wireless telecommunications industry, bringing a unique balance of business and technology together. He has worked in Telecom, Wireless and IT sectors for over 20 years. He is an entrepreneur at heart who values talent, creativity and loyalty. Prior to joining Orchestra Technology he was the VP of Professional Services and Acision for three years and built the business for the Americas Region from the ground up. Before Acision, he co-founded Spatial Wireless in 2001 and served as the Vice President of Engineering. Spatial Wireless was acquired by Alcatel in December 2004. He continued at Alcatel and took on the role of CTO and VP of Global Support for the Mobile NGN Core product lines till 2008. Before that, Anuj worked for companies like Siemens AG and Sabre, Inc in Germany and France in Product Development roles. He is a Gold Medalist from Punjab University, PEC, Chandigarh in Electronics and Communications Engineering.

Jairaj Hegde co-founded Orchestra Technology and currently serves as the Vice President of Technology. He is a software development veteran with over 20 years of experience. Jairaj has served as the Director of Software Engineering for The Motorola Good Technology Group where he managed all new software releases for device security and management; secure data access (mobile VPN) and secure messaging (S/MIME). He was Chief Technologist at JP mobile (acquired by Motorola) leading The Research and Development Division for all product lines. Prior to JP Mobile, Jairaj served as a principal engineer at Cyclone Commerce, for business to business messaging solutions and Extricty as a principal architect . He has also lead teams at Saber Airline Solutions, the number one provider of Software as a Service (SaaS) solution to the aviation industry. He undertook the design, development, and deployment of complex information technology projects for leading corporations. This product was then marketed worldwide to over 300 airlines. Jairaj holds a B.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Institute of Technology Varanasi and a M.S. in Computer Science from The Indian Statistical Institute.

Prasad Kallur is the Vice President of Business Development and Pre-sales at Orchestra Technology. He is a seasoned leader with over 20 years of executive management experience in the telecommunications, wireless and IT industries. Prior to joining OT, he held senior management roles in several organizations such as Newnet, Acision, Intel and CCPU. Most recently he was EVP of Product Management and Strategy at Newnet, responsible for driving business growth by developing products and market penetration strategies. He has deep knowledge in embedded systems, telecom and networking technologies with exposure to component, board, software and platform level products. He has a B.S in Electrical and Electronics Communication, Bangalore University from India.

Inder Wadhwa is Vice President of Operations, bringing twenty years of software engineering and wireless industry experience to our leadership team. Inder is currently responsible for executing the strategy and vision for Intelli-Agent, OT’s flagship product, and bringing it to successful realization in the marketplace. In this capacity, Inder heads all aspects of product development, testing, delivery, and customer engagements. Inder’s expertise lies in defining and designing complex E2E Solution Architectures and enabling IP transformation of Operator Networks. He has a notable track record of being at the helm of the introduction process of new technologies, products, and solutions in the market as well as of successfully driving the ecosystem around these new technologies. Prior to joining OT, Inder was instrumental in the success of several start-ups. He has also held multiple key roles for Fortune 500 companies. Most recently, Inder could be found under the titles: ‘Director – R&D,’ and ‘CTO – Mobile NGN Projects’ within Alcatel-Lucent. Inder received his Bachelor’s degree from Punjab Engineering College in Chandigarh, India and his Master’s degree in Computer Science from UT Dallas. Inder is also a graduate of UT Austin’s Institute of Managerial Leadership, as well as Harvard Business School’s program on Managing and Transforming Professional Service Firms.

Jeff Chen is the Vice President of Strategy & Operations, taking on the responsibilities in business strategy and driving the operational efficiency. He is a highly effective, principle-driven leader in both technical and management roles with 30+ years of experience. Prior to joining Orchestra Technology, Jeff held senior management and leadership positions in Alcatel-Lucent Next Generation Networks, Spatial Wireless (acquired by Alcatel-Lucent in 2004), Sonus Networks, Telecom Technologies Inc. (acquired by Sonus Networks in 2001), and Nortel Networks. He was also a senior engineer at Texas Instruments before joining the telecommunications industry in 1985. Jeff has a history of success in the agile operations of start-ups as well as process-driven large organization management. He holds a B.S. degree in Physics from National Central University in Taiwan and an M.S. degree in Computer Science from Northern Illinois University.

Mridul Chaturvedi is Senior Director of Business Development at Orchestra Technology. He has a strong experience covering wireless industry including RF Engineering Design, Optimization to managing complex teams. As an entrepreneur at heart, he earlier co-founded B2B E- Commerce company where he was responsible for Responsible for driving the company strategy, negotiating with potential partner, acquiring customers, market research/analysis, managing people, acquiring business customers and looking after over- all business development. Mridul loves market research, professional networking and has the business development skills to convert it to actual business. Prior to joining Orchestra Technology, he has worked with Ericsson, Sprint, Nextel, LCC, Motorola in various role managing strategic initiatives to execution of C-level vision.
Mridul is based our of San Francisco – Bay Area and active in Silicon Valley entrepreneur community. He holds a Master degree in Microwave Technology and Bachelor Degree in Electronics Engineering from Delhi University
